Do I need an ElevenLabs account?
You need an API key from at least one supported TTS provider. Free and Production tiers work with ElevenLabs. Production tier also supports OpenAI TTS, Google Cloud TTS, Microsoft Azure TTS, and Amazon Polly. Bring your own key — we never charge you for API usage.
Is my API key safe?
Your API key is stored securely in your account and is only used to communicate with your chosen TTS provider on your behalf. It is never shared, logged, or exposed to third parties.
What's the longest script it can handle?
There's no hard limit on script length. NYPTID Production intelligently splits any script — even 100,000+ characters — into safe chunks that respect API limits. Each chunk is generated individually and stitched into one final MP3.
Does it work with custom / cloned voices?
Absolutely. NYPTID Production loads every voice from your ElevenLabs account, including your custom-trained and cloned voices. Select any voice and any model.
What does "auto script cleanup" actually remove?
It removes common AI artifacts: "Here is Part 3 of your script:", block markers, instructional lead-ins, prompt junk, and meta-commentary. It uses strict rule-based matching — no LLM, no paraphrasing. Your actual story content is never modified or removed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then you're downgraded to Free. No questions asked.
